This was my first project at BZDesign. Working with inventor Curtis Broadbent at the University of Rochester Ventures program, I designed a prototype shell for a 3D hologram projection system. This shell needed to be portable and fit within specific Pelican cases, so it was made out of lightweight plastics and high-density foam. The main structure was comprised of an aluminum frame to hold to components. Vents were later added for additional airflow. This unit was later featured on NPR.
